Lucky Bug Clothing Brand Launches

Kiddithinks Children's Design Studio has worked with Lucky Bug Clothing Company to design it's first children's wear collection launching in April 2017.

Kiddithinks Design Director Dawn Carrington worked closely with the family run business, guiding them through the creation of their first collection and helping artist Samuel Hayes bring his artwork to life in the form of adorable, enviromentally friendly and ethically produced baby wear clothing and print designs.

The 'sweat shop free' baby clothes and accessories are manufactured in New York USA using certified bamboo viscose jersey, printed with non-toxic dyes. According to Eva Hayes ' Chief Operations Officer Lady' ( 'COOL'! )  "It is part of our long-term mission to have a small environmental footprint with this company. We take our choices seriously because we know a little change can make a big impact. As part of this, we have removed as much plastic as possible from the lifecycle of our products. We do not use poly shipping bags in our manufacturing or shipping process, and have removed plastic from the hangtag, shipping process, and everywhere else we could find."

The inspiration for the line started when the family fostered a baby for a year. This is a company started by people with a big heart which shows in their commitment to a product that is both visually and ethically appealing.
