Princess Ella

Princess Ella was a successful brand designed by Kiddithinks for J4 Apparel which ran in both BHS and Dunnes department stores in the UK. Phase one featured a more naive style character favored by the buyers at BHS and we designed a complete range of artwork, textiles, toys bags, bedding, stationery and branding.

Phase two was  exclusive to Dunnes Stores and we created a new generation of characters in slightly more Disney style favored by the buyers. This included the creation of new characters, art, textiles, decor, dolls, plush toys and nightwear. The line was admired so much by Primark they wanted it too! As the deal with Dunnes was exclusive, we then the designed Primark their own exclusive Princess line called Princess Lily....

"I first had the pleasure of working with Dawn in 1997 when she designed ranges of children's apparel and accessories for the European market.
